Service Description
When placing a custom bakery order, please select your preferred pick-up time. Confirmation of order and pick-up date/time will be sent with invoice and upon order payment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking your requested date online does not Payment is due within 24 hours of being invoiced. Orders are not considered confirmed nor date saved until at least a 50%+ deposit has been made. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours or deposit is less than 50% of your order total, it is possible that the order date you requested will no longer be available. Any order balance is due at the time of pick up. *Deposits are non-refundable wit cancelations or if you fail to pick up your product. [The only time a refund will be issued is if you have paid your invoice in full and order is canceled at least 2 weeks prior to pick up/delivery-upon cancelation, you will be refunded 50% of your order total.] If you need to reschedule your order for a future date, you may do so by making a request directly to Chaos Cak
